Original acrylic painting of a centipede on wood with wooden “stick pin” extending out from the image. This piece is meant to hang askew as if a crime was committed. I included my fingerprint in this painting. This piece was inspired by a poem for the 2009 Poet/Artist Collaboration 8. While my centipede looks like something out of a science fiction comic book I assure you it is based on a real Myriopod called a Scolopendrid centipede. Ⓒ 2009
