Return & Refund Policy 

Thanks for shopping at ​Carole Kinion Copeland, Artist. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help. 

Returns 

You have ​15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Refunds 

Once I receive your returned item I will notify you. I will inspect your item and then inform you of the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The timing of receiving your credit refund is based on your credit card issuers policy.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non​refundable.
